Join FMCSA representatives for a discussion on the DataQs system and the Crash Preventability Determination Program (CPDP). This session will provide an overview of how crash preventability requests are reviewed, the factors considered during the determination process, and how stakeholders can effectively engage with the program. FMCSA's CPDP allows eligible crashes submitted through DataQs to be reviewed and, when appropriate, designated as "Not Preventable."

The conversation will focus on understanding around the review process, including timelines and current program challenges and opportunities for improvement, and what motor carriers, drivers, and safety professionals can expect as the program continues to evolve.
